Clinical Diagnosis

This is a comprehensive clinical assessment conducted to analyze your symptoms, their duration, and their impact on your daily life. Based on recognized scientific frameworks, this evaluation helps clearly identify your difficulties in order to structure a personalized therapeutic strategy.

Prescription of Additional Diagnostic Tests

When appropriate, prescription of additional tests (blood work, ECG, sleep studies, etc.) to support the clinical assessment, rule out certain medical conditions, or ensure safe treatment monitoring.

Pharmacological Treatment

Initiation, adjustment, or modification of pharmacological treatment when indicated, taking into account the patient’s needs, tolerability, and treatment goals.

 

Decisions are made progressively and in a personalized manner.

Medication Follow-Up

Regular follow-up after the initiation, adjustment, or discontinuation of medication to assess effectiveness, side effects, and the progression of the condition, and to adjust the treatment plan as needed.

Referral and Professional Collaboration

Referral to other institutions (community organizations, CLSCs, hospitals, etc.) or consultation with specialized professional services (psychotherapy, neuropsychology, occupational therapy, neurology, etc.), depending on the context, within an integrated and coordinated care approach.

Medication Renewal

Renewal of psychiatric medication for patients already followed at the clinic, as part of appropriate medical follow-up in accordance with best practices.
