What should I prepare for the first appointment?
Everything you need for a smooth and stress-free teleconsultation

Check your equipment and connection
Prepare your device and connection. Ensure your computer, tablet, or phone has a working camera and microphone, your internet connection is stable, and your device is charged.

Prepare your medical documents
Gather your prescriptions, lab results, medication list, and medical history, then scan or photograph them if necessary.

Consent and instructions
Check that you have received the email with instructions, confirm your consent for the teleconsultation, and, with your agreement, certain information from the Dossier Santé Québec (medication, tests, ECG, imaging) may be consulted to better understand your follow-up.

The day of the appointment
Log in 5 minutes early with a piece of identification, stay online even in the event of a slight delay, and reconnect using the same link if necessary.
Our clinic’s rules and policies
To ensure efficient organization and quality service, here are the rules in effect at our clinic:
Late cancellation or no-show
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in a $50 fee.
Payment and receipts
We accept credit and debit cards. A receipt will be provided for your insurance or tax returns.
Respect & professionalism
We value a respectful and safe environment. Any inappropriate behavior toward our team could lead to the termination of follow-up and the cancellation of future appointments.
Refund policy
Services already provided are non-refundable.
